o An additional executive meeting of the board of directors will be held at 5:30PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 in person at the concrete patio area by the association's tennis courts. Member attendance is by invitation or summons only.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO RESIDENTS, TENANTS AND PROSPECTIVE OWNERS: THE ASSOCIATION'S PARKING RULES PROVIDE THAT ONLY VEHICLES WHICH FIT INSIDE THE RESIDENT'S GARAGE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A PARKING DECAL. IF THE VEHICLE DOES NOT FIT, IT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARK IN BROADMOOR. PLEASE REVIEW THE COMPLETE PARKING RULES UNDER THE "DOCUMENTS > RULES AND POLICIES > PARKING" TABS ABOVE.   • FAQs Frequently asked questions a home owner or tenant may find helpful and which provides guidance in understanding the services and regulations that are applicable to living in our community,

  • Forums Residents that are members of one of the Broadmoor committees and registered by obtaining a username and password can participate in an online discussion group or taking a survey to help the board of directors in making informed decisions,

  • Bill Pay Review your association account and pay your monthly assessments online, and

  • Logout The preferred way of leaving the web site to provide added security to the user.
